Verle Muhrer

Muhrer, Verle (20th Century)

Muhrer taught philosophy at Penn Valley Community College (Kansas City, Missouri). A humanist activist, he was co-editor with Fred Whitehead of Freethought on the American Frontier (1992).

Muhrer is a Secular Humanist Mentor of the Council for Secular Humanism and heads the Center for Inquiry–Midwest.
