Michael Goudeau (1959 - )

Goudeau was born in Louisiana but grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. A juggler since he was a teenager, he graduated from Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus Clown College in 1979, traveled with a circus in Mexico, appeared at the Folies Bergere in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has been featured as a unicyclist.

Married to Theresa Goudeau, then divorced from her, then re-married to her, the two have two adopted children. Their second wedding ceremony was performed in a Vegas drive-thru church, Goudeau explaining,

  • I got married in a drive thru. My mother-in-law and my mom were in the backseat of my Suburban. We had classical music on the radio. My wife had a Subway napkin taped to her head as a veil. As crazy as all that was, we turned around to our mothers and they were still crying.

Many recognize Goudeau as a performer on Penn & Teller's "Bullshit!" show, during which they spoke about skepticism, atheism, libertarian, and humor
