May Swenson

Swenson, May (28 May 1913 - 4 December 1989)
Swenson, a poet and member of the American Academy of Arts and Letters, wrote In Other Words, New Poems (1987). She was a frequent contributor to The New Yorker.
Swenson was an honorary member of the Secular Humanist Society of New York.
