Ramamurthi, M. V. (Died 1998)

In Hyderabad, Ramamurthi was editor of the monthly Vikasam in Telugu from 1975 until his death. Also, he published widely in English and Telugu on humanism, rationalism, and secularism.

He was a lawyer, one of India’s early radical humanists who worked along with M. N. Roy, and one of his country’s leading radical humanists.

Ramamurthy was a president of the Indian Radical Humanist Association, and he was chairperson of the Indian Rationalist Association.
