John “Jack” Hardebeck (20th Century)

Hardebeck, a physician and longtime humanist leader of San Diego, California, has died. He was the first president of the first humanist organization established in San Diego County and, in addition to being a member of the American Humanist Association, was a member of the Humanist Fellowship of San Diego until his death.
