James Allan

Allan, James (20th Century)

Allan is a senior lecturer in law in the faculty of law at the University of Otago, New Zealand.

He is author of A Sceptical Theory of Morality and Law (1998), which includes a defense of a sceptical moral theory that owes much to the views of David Hume.
