Ellen Rowse Spero (d/m/y - )

Spero, the daughter of ____, was born in ______ and grew up as a Unitarian Universalist, attending the First Church Unitarian in Littleton, Massachusetts.

She is a graduate of Brandeis University, University of Maryland (with an M.Ed in Special Education) and Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, District of Columbia.

She has served as the Assistant Minister at the First Parish in Lexington, Massachusetts, and as the Interim Minister at Hope United Church of Christ in Alexandria, Virginia.

Since 2002, she has been the minister for the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

Before entering the ministry, she was a special education teacher in Alexandria, Virginia.
