Bryce Boland

Bryce Boland (1975 - )

Boland was born in Auckland, New Zealand. He received his BSc. (Honors) and M.Sc. from Auckland University.

He was a member of, and later President of, the Auckland University Atheists from 1992 to 1997. He was also a member of the New Zealand Association for Rationalism and Freethought.

Bryce has been involved in research on trust models. This includes modelling the trust humans attach to other entities such as human-based authorities (corporations, governments), computer systems, and belief-reated entities such as markets and religious structures (churches, gods, religious officers).

Presently, Boland works in security and risk management.
