Bill Ross (day/month/year - )

Ross is a freethinker of sorts, a songwriter, a write of children's books, an illustrator, and a critic of the Judeo-Christian Bible.

His children's books include Hey, That's Not What the Bible Says; Hey,That's Not What the Bible Says Too!, and God Said It and Bang! It Happened: The UnBelievable Explanation of Creation.

In 2007, Wounded Ego Books published his non-indexed Bible Shockers! A Collection of Disturbing Observations of and About the Bible. In covering ideas about biblical theology, cosmology, and anatomy, he is part literal, part humorous, and all skeptical. Sample chapter headings: "The God of the Bible is Human!"; Jesus Was a Sinner"; "Satan Is A Lawyer"; "Paul Was Not A Jew"; "Christians Do Not 'Go to Heaven' "; Sinners Don't Go to Hell"; "God Does Not Love the World"; and "God Approves of Slavery."

Ross lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife Connie and their two children.
