Antonio Restrepo

Restrepo, Antonio José (Ñito) {Ambassador] (1855–1933)

In spite of his atheism, Restrepo became the Ambassador to the League of Nations from Colombia. In this capacity he negotiated the treaty that ended the war between Finland and Russia, for which a street in Helsinki is named after him.
